Lil' Green Wagon is proud to offer laundry + cleaning goods that are 100% handcrafted using all natural, simple to read ingredients. They smell amazing and just as exciting, are refillable as well. What brand of essential oils do you use?

As a business practice, we can't tell you what brand we use but we can happily tell you we take great pride in the one we chose and source them from right here in California.

Are your products organic?
|
Actually, the word organic is used so loosely these days and although some of our ingredients are organic, we don't label our products as such. We simply call them natural.

Is your Laundry Wash Grey Water safe?
|
No, but we're working on that!

Do you have any unscented products?
|
No, we don't. The reason for this is because essential oils are not only fragrant but many possess antibacterial, antifungal and disinfecting qualities. Win, win!

I heard vinegar is great for natural cleaning. Unfortunately, I don't like the smell of it. Do your products contain vinegar?

You are not alone. Knowing many people feel the way you do, we have found other ingredients that work just as well though you will find it in our wood and stainless cleaner, Shine.

Are your products vegan? Do you test them on animals?
|
Heck yeah! I mean to being vegan. Heck no, to animal testing! Most of us here at Lil' Green Wagon are proud vegans and vegetarians. We would never even think of using anything but vegan ingredients and our testers were all willing "human" participants.

Can you tell me how to make your products?
|
No seriously. We've been asked that. Many times! It took years of trial and error, countless batches of "oops, that didn't work", to get our product line to where it is today. Although we appreciate the compliment of wanting our recipes, I think we're gonna have to say no.

Yes! We like to call them Stockists. Cute right? We just started selling outside of our sweet lil' wagon and are looking at putting our products into eco minded stores throughout the United States. Because we are a new company, if you'd like to see us in your favorite eco conscious store, talk to the manager and tell them to check us out! We don't mind and heck, a little nudging can go a long way!

Are your products safe for pets?
|
The most honest answer we could give you would be no because some essential oils can be harmful to animals. Then again, they can be harmful to humans too.
There is much to be read in books and on the internet about what essential oils are safe to use around animals and I encourage you to come to your own conclusion after doing some diligent research. Knowledge is power and there is no one right answer. We use our products in our homes, around our animals, however, we use caution and don't leave puddles on the floor for them to walk through or use it to clean their face, that sorta thing. Essentially, we use common sense. We feel essential oils are safer than the synthetic chemicals and fragrances in most commercial brand cleaners today but again, that is our opinion and we urge you to form your own. Lil' Green Wagon makes no claims and will hold no responsibility for your decision. |
What is your return policy?

Because each of us has different skin, different sensitivities, as well as different likes and dislikes to scents, we do not offer any guarantees. We have crafted our goods to appeal to the majority of people however, we are all unique. If you have an allergy to any of the ingredients we list or a general dislike for a particular scent, please think twice and perhaps order our sample size first. You can always upgrade to the full size later.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your items should arrive damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to let us know. We will ask you for photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging and box it arrived in. This way we can determine if we goofed up on our end packaging or if the carrier mishandled it in which case we can file a claim.

Who owns the company?

Marilyn Nowak is the owner + formulator. Skylynn Bleu, Marilyn's daughter, is her apprentice, learning and working to start her own company very soon!
