| SHIPPING & SUSTAINABILITY | We know the cost of shipping is high and we cringe charging you as much as you cringe paying it. Please know we do not profit on shipping costs. Our goods are quite heavy, therefore we try to offer several shipping options. Shipping is within the continental US only. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please send us an email with your order and we will give you an exact shipping quote. We will provide you with a tracking number via email when your order has been processed. We typically ship via USPS however we may also ship via UPS or Fedex. Shipping carrier is always at the discretion of Lil' Green Wagon LLC unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. IF SHIPPING TO A PO BOX, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO SHIPPING.. Shipping rates are valid for orders going to one single address. If shipping to multiple addresses, such as for gift giving, multiple shipping rates will apply. We re-use and upcycle cardboard boxes and packing materials when possible that we receive from our suppliers and that have been donated by our customers. If your order is shipped with bubble wrap or foam, it is re-used and not purchased. We choose to re-use this sort of packaging on the occasion to keep it in the ecosystem and out of landfills. Please continue to re-use and donate this on if possible to another store that does online shipping to minimize waste and give it another life. | INSURANCE | Insurance is included but limited to a $50.00 value (USPS) and $100.00 (UPS/FedEx). If the value of your purchase is more than what is quoted above, you may purchase additional insurance at your expense.
